PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentrator for at-home medical care by which desired concentration of oxygen is secured even under a low temperature atmosphere in winter season or the like.;SOLUTION: The pressure-swing type adsorption oxygen concentrator 1 is constituted so as to be provided with an adsorption bed 5 in which an adsorbing agent capable of selectively adsorbing nitrogen is filled, an air compression means 3 for sending compressed air to the adsorption bed 5, an air blowing means 20 for cooling the compression means 3 and a temperature detecting means for detecting an installation atmospheric temperature and/or a compressed air temperature and is provided with a drive control means for controlling the drive of the air blowing means 20 so that the temperature of the compressed air reaches a prescribed desired temperature corresponding to the oxygen concentration condition on the basis of one of the detected installation atmospheric temperature or the detected compressed air temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
