PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that provides a store with information on buying prices of cash vouchers and counterfeiting of cash vouchers so that cash vouchers can be used as means of payment without time and cost even at restaurants, retailers and the like, and irrespective of the types of the cash vouchers, to increase the utilization of cash vouchers.;SOLUTION: A control part 250 of a terminal device 200 transmits cash voucher identification information on a cash voucher image selected from an input part 220 and terminal identification information in a storage part 240 to a server 100. A control part 150 of the server 100, upon receiving the cash voucher identification information and terminal identification information, searches a database 1A in a storage part 120 for the same cash voucher identification information as the received cash voucher identification information, and reads out buying price information related to the cash voucher identification information found from the database 1A. The control part 150 then transmits the buying price information read out from the database 1A to the terminal device 200 identified by the received terminal identification information.
