PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and manufacturing method of a fuel rail capable of corresponding to a wide range of pressure from high pressure to low pressure and applicable to not only a gasoline engine but a diesel engine with relatively low-pressure specifications by preventing cracks on portions connecting a main pipe and branch pipes of the fuel rail (common rail).;SOLUTION: For the fuel rail consisting of the main pipe, a fuel introduction pipe and the plurality of branch pipes, through-holes are formed on the outer wall of the main pipe to receive each of the branch pipes. Each of the through-holes has annular walls protruding toward the outside and inside of the main pipe, and each of the branch pipes is fixed to the annular walls by brazing or welding. On the outer wall of the main pipe for the fuel rail, the through-holes for receiving each of the branch pipes are formed, having the annular walls protruding toward the outside and inside of the main pipe.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
