PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target position determination method for sensor bias error estimation capable of determining beforehand target arrangement having high estimation accuracy.;SOLUTION: This method has an arrangement region setting step S1 for designating a three-dimensional region where each target can be arranged as a possible arrangement region, an arrangement region grid formation step S2 for calculating an aggregate of three-dimensional position vectors acquired by grid formation of the possible arrangement region as a possible arrangement region aggregate, a target position combination step S3 for generating a combination by selecting one vector respectively in each target from the possible arrangement region aggregate, to thereby generate all combinations, an error index value calculation step S11 for calculating an estimated error index value relative to all the combinations, and a target position selection step S13 for determining a combination of the target position whose estimated error index value shows the minimum value as a combination of the optimum arrangement position of each target.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
