PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sacred tree to be offered on a Buddhist altar as a Buddhist ritual article in addition to usage as a Shinto ritual article through the use of pieces of paper different in color and pattern, and also to used as an excellent interior decoration.;SOLUTION: The pieces of paper for the sacred tree includes one or not less than two kinds of base materials selected from the plurality of pieces of colored paper, cloth, metallic foil and plastic. Each one of the pieces is colored uniformly or in gradation, colored to be respectively different between the front and rear surfaces, colored to be partially different, or colored with a fluorescent or luminous paint material. Besides, the handle of the ritual sacred tree is constituted to be freely extended/contracted, or formed of a transparent base material with an internal light emitting body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
