PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ingesta of a sacred tree extract, capable of giving mentally/psychologically good activity to the mind and body, to provide an aromatherapy article containing the sacred tree extract, and to provide a packaging container. PSOLUTION: The ingesta of the sacred tree extract are so composed that the sacred tree extract, such as an essential oil, which is extracted from leaves, branches, foliage, ligneous parts, barks, and the like, of the sacred tree, a spiritual tree, and a specially-noted tree (all of the trees are referred to as the sacred tree) and a diluent for the extract are contained in the ingesta, so that the sacred tree extract is ingested into the human body.
