PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bypassing decompression device for a temperature expansion valve capable of continuing cooling operation temporarily even if the temperature expansion valve becomes inadjustable, and preventing an evaporator capacity from declining even if a coolant flow rate is reduced.;SOLUTION: When the intake gas temperature is higher than the temperature set in a temperature detector 5, an open signal is sent from the temperature detector 5 to a coolant stop valve 3, and a low-temperature coolant is supplied to the evaporator 9 via a high-pressure branch pipe 1, a strainer 6, the coolant stop valve 3, a decompression capillary tube 4 and a low-pressure branch pipe 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
