INTRAORAL DISINTEGRATING PREPARATION FOR TREATING DYSURIA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation having activity of treating dysuria and/or its related diseases, capable of being taken even by an aged person, without using water, capable of being easily disintegrated in the mouth so as to be swallowed together with saliva, without uncomfortably tasting.;SOLUTION: This intraoral disintegrating preparation contains a medicament for treating the dysuria and/or its related diseases. The preparation is, for example, obtained by mixing the medicament for treating the disuria and/or its related diseases which is slightly water-soluble and has a particle diameter of substantially 0.4-105 μm with a water-soluble additive and/or a water-insoluble additive which may be, if necessary, added to the preparation and compose a first additive, then granulating or not granulating the mixture formed in the above process, and further, if necessary, mixing the granulated or not-granulated mixture with a water-soluble additive and/or a water-insoluble additive which compose a second additive, furthermore charging the granulated material or the mixed material formed in the above processes into a mold, and finally compressively molding the material under a pressure of 0.1-100 MPa, wherein the water-insoluble additive has an average particle diameter of ≤ 100μm, when the water-insoluble additive is contained in a ratio of ≥ 10(w/w)% in the preparation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
