PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sample container capable of allowing easy and inexpensive manufacturing, of dispensing with calibration for all the containers, of easily taking a liquid sample in and out, and of generating a low concentration of standard gas too. PSOLUTION: This liquid sample container 17A comprises a cylindrical container main body 50 for storing the liquid sample 15 and having an opening part in its upper side, a disk-like gasket 51 formed with a hole 51a, and a fastening member 52 for sandwiching the gasket 51 with respect to the upper part of the main body 50. The gasket 51 sandwiched between a protrusion 50b of the main body 50 and a protrusion 52a of the member 52 covers the opening part of the main body 50, and constitutes a cover member having the hole 51a for communicating a space inside the main body 50 with its outside. The protrusions 50b, 52a and the gasket 51 fix the main body 50 and the gasket 51 separably to constitute gasket structure for keeping the space inside the main body 50 air-tightly, excepting the hole 51a.
