PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high degree of polishing effect, based on a reverse idea, by effectively utilizing the bristle ends steadily deformed in an arc on the periphery of the polishing face of a toothbrush, which is considered as a cause of its deterioration, while maintaining sufficient durability.;SOLUTION: This toothbrush is provided with two polishing block heads 1 and 1, arranged in parallel to each other, where a number of bristles are implanted, forming polishing faces 2 and 2; fitting parts 4 and 4 which are direct extensions to the polishing block heads 1 and 1; other engagement parts 6 and 6, on the side of the polishing block heads 1 and 1, of a handle 5; and locking pieces 8 and 8, and locking slots or locking holes 9 and 9 which can detachably connect the fitting parts 4 and 4 with their counterparts 6 and 6. The two polishing faces 2 and 2 form an angle of R, so that the bristle ends 3 and 3 on the periphery of the polishing faces 2 and 2 can be in contact or twist about each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
