PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech activating system capable of relieving spatial restriction and providing a topic suitable for users for every user, so as to activate conversations among the users.;SOLUTION: A phone connection server 4 connects a mobile phone 1 to a fixed telephone set 2 in a speakable way via a telephone line network 3, an agent server 5 generates auxiliary voice in response to a speaking state among the users on the basis of user information unique to the users speaking by using the mobile phone 1 and the fixed telephone set 2, and the phone connection server 4 superimposes the generated auxiliary voice on the speech voice between the mobile phone 1 and the fixed telephone set 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
