PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly propose solutions of high quality matched to individual clients.;SOLUTION: A CL accesses a MC server 10 by use of a terminal 20 to register its own interest. The MC server 10 verifies the CL's problem based on an interest conformation table registered in a solution model bank DB 12, and designs the outline of a solution based on this. A concrete structure of the solution is also designed based on the designed outline and reported.
