COMBINED POWER GENERATION FACILITY OF FUEL CELL AND GAS TURBINE, AND STARTING/STOPPING METHOD THEREOF

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform starting/stopping of a gas turbine generator, gas supply from an FC system to a turbine of a GT system, and extinction/ignition of a GT combustor without applying pressure fluctuation, stalling, over speed of the gas turbine generator, and without applying an excessive differential pressure and pressure fluctuation to the FC system side. PSOLUTION: This combined power generation facility of fuel cell and gas turbine comprises: an air supply line 24; a cathode exhaust gas line 26; a cathode exhaust gas line shut-off valve 26a; and a differential pressure gauge 26b between systems. When a differential pressure detected by the differential pressure gauge 26b between systems is equal to or less than a predetermined pressure, the cathode exhaust gas line shut-off valve 26a is opened. During combustion of the combustor, a rotating speed is controlled by fuel flow control, and before extinction of the combustor, the fuel flow control is switched to a generator output control, thereby maintaining the rotation speed to be constant.
