PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reply a delivery term to a requested customer as closely as possible to the requested term, in the case of order reception with more than the initially planned limit quantity.;SOLUTION: With respect to the items, requested term of delivery and order reception quantity of order reception information, a first verifying part 21 verifies whether or not shipping is possible by the requested term of delivery based on limit quantity and secured quantity until the point of time of the requested term of delivery of the pertinent items of a limit storage part 31. With respect to the items, requested term of delivery and order reception quantity of the order reception information, a second verifying part 22 verifies whether or not shipping is possible by the requested term of delivery based on the maximum limit quantity and secured quantity until the point of time of the requested term of delivery of the pertinent items of a maximum limit storage part 32, and when shipping is possible, decides which calendar bucket limit quantity should be enlarged to which extent, and changes the limit quantity of the pertinent items of the limit storage part 31, and records the secured quantity, and outputs the term of delivery reply to an output device 4.
