Minute product allocation depending on the characteristics of the consumers is realized. The consumers are classified into first and second categories. When a consumer belonging to the first category inquires about the delivery date of a specific product, the specific product is allocated in a first amount. When a consumer belonging to the second category inquires about the delivery date of a specific product, the specific product is allocated in a second amount smaller than the first one. The latest delivery date of the allocated products is calculated as the delivery date to be replied. In such a way, consumers are classified into the first and second categories, and different allocation amounts for the respective categories are set, thereby realizing minute product allocation depending on the characteristic of the consumers.
