RESIDENT PROPOSAL SYSTEM TO ELECTRONIC BULLETIN BOARD AND CANDIDATE NAVIGATION SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a real democracy and a public-driven policymaking and to improve the voting rate as a synergistic effect by providing an interaction field for a policy to improve public concerns to an election, clarifying the focus of the election by qualifying the degree of public concerns, and navigating a candidate responding to the public concerns.;SOLUTION: This system comprises a policy proposal bulletin board in which the pubulic can know the idea of the candidate and the candidate can know the public concerns through formation of a public-driven policy and exchange of opinions to the policy between the public and the candidate. This system further comprises a candidate navigation HP for supporting a resident to select a candidate suitable to his/her own idea in voting. This system further comprises a content formation support function for supporting the candidate to form a HP content. According to this system, not top-down policymaking but public-driven policymaking can be performed to contribute to enhance the efficiency of management of an autonomous body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
