PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out on-line control of viewing and listening history of content without using exclusive browser and exclusive content. PSOLUTION: A content conversion unit 403 of a viewing and listening history service server 400 for asking the viewing and listening history of the content of the user viewing and listening terminal to an exterior viewing and listening server 500, after receiving a distribution demand of a multi-media content from one user viewing and listening terminal out of user viewing and listening terminals 100SB1/SB-100SBn/SB. The content conversion unit 403 obtains the multi-media content from one multi-media content server out of multi-media content servers 300SB1/SB-300SBx/SB, and distributes the converted content after the multi-media content is converted to the content with which viewing and listening history is reflected.
