TIME FACTOR ADJUSTING METHOD IN PIPE NETWORK HYDROLOGIC ACCOUNTING AND PIPE NETWORK HYDROLOGIC ACCOUNTING DEVICE USING THE SAME METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time factor adjusting method for automatically setting and adjusting a time factor for each arbitrary time and area without being accompanied with any complicate calculation or huge operations and a pipe network hydrologic accounting device capable of efficiently executing pipe network hydrologic accounting by using the method. PSOLUTION: A pipe network in a target area is divided according to flow rate measuring places, and time factors are adjusted by using flow rate data for each of the divided pipe network blocks for time factor adjustment. A pipe network hydrologic accounting device 1 is constituted of an operating/displaying part 2, a time factor adjustment processing part 3 for executing the time factor adjustment processing, and for calculating the time factors while repeating the correction, a pipe network hydrologic accounting processing part 4 for executing the pipe network hydrologic accounting processing based on the calculated time factors, a time factor adjustment information data base 5 for successively storing the time factor data and a pipe network information data base 6 for storing facility information data, calculation condition data and calculation result data.
