PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic dispersion that employs no organic solvent and organic amine with environmental loading reduced and provide antistatic coating film having excellent antistatic ability (electroconductivity) without collapse of percolation transition even at high temperatures. PSOLUTION: This invention is an antistatic aqueous dispersion that comprises a tin oxide-based compound and a copolymer that is prepared by polymerizing vinyl monomers in an aqueous dispersion including an water-dispersible polyester copolymer. Further, this invention is a plastic film having an antistatic layer on the plastic film by coating the plastic film with the antistatic aqueous dispersion directly or through another layer on the plastic film.
