PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating for forming an antistatic cured film that imparts antistatic functions to a film, can further enhance hardness and stainproof properties of the film and is excellent in film-forming property and preservation stability, an antistatic cured film, a plastic base material with an antistatic cured film, and a method of manufacturing the antistatic cured film. PSOLUTION: The coating for forming an antistatic cured film comprises an electroconductive metal oxide fine particle such as antimony-containing tin oxide (ATO), a cationic surfactant, an ultraviolet (UV)-curable resin and an organic solvent such as ethylene glycol, where the coating contains at least 1 wt.% and at most 5 wt.% of the metal oxide fine particle.
