SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COLLECTING QUESTIONNAIRE INFORMATION FOR RESTAURANT INDUSTRY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire information collecting system capable of accurately collecting questionnaire information from a customer for more efficient management and strategy of a shop.;SOLUTION: When an electronic mail address is transmitted from a cellular phone 1 of the customer A, a server 2 issues a bar code for the customer A to transmit it to the cellular phone 1 of the customer A. A bar-code scanner 31 at the shop reads the bar code from the cellular phone 1 of the customer A to transmit it to the server 2. The server 2 transmits a questionnaire asking mail to the cellular phone 1 matching the transmitted bar code for collecting questionnaire information from the cellular phone 1 of the customer A. In this way, only the customer carrying the cellular phone 1, from which the bar code is read at the shop, can answer the questionnaire, and consequently, the questionnaire information of the customer can be collected accurately.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
