PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire system capable of effectively acquiring a questionnaire from a customer.;SOLUTION: By sending address information of a web page provided by a company displaying a commodity in a display booth 3 and allowing browsing only to customers that are questionnaire respondents to a portable terminal of a customer, willingness of the customer to respond to the questionnaire is encouraged, and a ratio of respondent to the questionnaire can be increased. By sending a Java (R) applet carrying out control of sending an E-mail address of the customer and a questionnaire reply inputted by the customer to a radio communication device 4 when a questionnaire request signal sent to the portable terminal of the customer from the radio communication device 4 is received, and acquiring the questionnaire reply, the reply can be collected even when the questionnaire reply is unfinished, and the reply rate of the questionnaire can be increased further.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
