PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the occurrence of flow resistance during the movement or rotation of an object and greatly reduce energy loss by using regularly circular protrusions provided on the contact surface of the object.;SOLUTION: Attention is focused on the performance of a carbon fiber sheet or a glass fiber sheet having high rigidity, toughness and strength, superior light weight, extreme flatness and durability. The carbon fiber sheet having regularly circular protrusions formed thereon is adhered to surface of a wind power generation blade or to the outer wall face of an aircraft, ship, bullet train or high-speed vehicle to reduce its resistance to air, resulting in less noises and energy loss.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
