PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that noises are generated by resonating a stopper portion of a cylindrical liquid sealed transmission mount, which has the resin stopper portion for restricting excessive relative displacement between a rigid outer cylinder member and an inner cylinder member in the radial direction, to amplify gear noises generated on a transmission side and convey them into a vehicle room.;SOLUTION: The cylindrical liquid sealed vibration proofing mount 10 has the rigid outer cylinder member 12 and the inner cylinder member 14, a rubber elastic body 16, a liquid chamber 24 filled with non-compressive liquid, and the resin stopper portion 38 columnarly rising from the inner cylinder member into the liquid chamber and toward the outer cylinder member in the radial direction. An abutment portion 60 partially protruded radially inward to the end of the stopper portion 38 is provided on a portion of the outer cylinder member 12 opposite to the end face of the stopper portion 38 to form a stopper functioning portion 64.
