PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil and fat-containing waste fluid treatment agent and an oil and fat-containing waste fluid treatment method, in which the work for removing waste oil and fat in the oil and fat-containing waste fluid treatment can be sharply alleviated and the work environment can be significantly improved.;SOLUTION: The oil and fat-containing waste fluid treatment agent comprises sodium polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate, fatty acid diethanolamide, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether and water.
