PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely, quickly and positively dispose a large quantity of mines by an explosion process without missing, and to carry out the explosion process and land improvement at the same time by a simple device and vehicle with easy maintenance and operation wherein a total cost of the device, disposal, or the like is inexpensive.;SOLUTION: The present invention is composed of a mine exploding device with a weight member such as pebbles included in a soft deformable bag like holding body and a forward portion of the holding body protruding from a lower end of an explosion dome, or a mine exploding device with a jetting part provided in a predetermined position in the explosion dome and a storage part of sand, pebbles, or the like and a jetting device of water, air, or a mixture of both provided outside the explosion dome. A land digging device protruding a predetermined amount from the lower end of the explosion dome is provided in the cylindrical explosion dome of the mine disposal device, the land mine disposal device is supported by a lifting device of a shovel loader, and the explosion process of undisposed mines and land improvement are carried out at the same time by vertical movement of the lifting device and forward movement of the shovel loader.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
