MEASUREMENT DATA COMPARING APPARATUS AND SHAPE QUALITY EVALUATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consider non-uniformity in the partial characteristics of a product when comparing measurement data acquired by measuring the shape of the product with data to be compared.;SOLUTION: A partial range given to each product in the same type is set (S4). A partial range can be set to be a part, where an error is considered to be small in the product, or a part, where a manufacturing process is simple. Then, a comparison reference position between measurement data and the data to be compared is acquired with the partial range as a target (S5). Then, for the entire range, both the data are allowed to correspond to the comparison reference position (S6).
