PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system, call control apparatus, presence information detection apparatus, incoming destination change method, incoming destination change program, and program recording medium in which a terminal to which a call originating signal is to be transmitted can be selected in accordance with presence information of an incoming destination without being conscious of a current state of the incoming destination on a call originating side.;SOLUTION: The present invention is provided with a fixed terminal 1 that transmits the call originating signal, a mobile terminal 5 of an incoming destination in a communicable state successively via the Internet 101 and a mobile network 103, a fixed terminal 3 associated with the mobile terminal 5 and connected to the fixed terminal 1 via the Internet 101, a presence information detection apparatus 4 for detecting the presence information representing the current state of the incoming destination of the call originating signal, and a call control apparatus 2 for selecting the incoming destination terminal of the call originating signal on the basis of the presence information transmitted from the presence information detection apparatus 4, and transmitting the call originating signal after changing an incoming destination identification number when the fixed terminal 3 is selected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
