PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, etc. for easily judging suitability of a field for conservation tillage of rice requiring no intuition nor experience of a person having knowledge on the particular field. PSOLUTION: A field profile table 22 (database prepared for each requested field) contains items for diagnosing the requested field X in terms of technical potential and profitability of conservation tillage. In the profile table 22, 5 diagnosis grades A-E and their diagnosis criteria are listed for each of the items, and the result of diagnosis of the requested field X for each item is input in an entry column for each item. A part 106 for judging the suitability in terms of technical potential and a part 108 for judging the suitability in terms of profitability each refers to the diagnosis results input in entry columns in the table 22 and judges the technical potential and profitability of conservation tillage of rice in the requested field X.
