PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing manhour and a weight when a vapor-liquid separator is manufactured for communicating the inside of a fuel tank with the outside.;SOLUTION: A predetermined length of a pipe is bent into a U shape, both end openings of the pipe are stamped and closed by a caulking stamp part 2d, so as to form a separator body 2. A bracket 3 is brazed to the separator body 2, and a breather pipe 4 is installed to the separator body 2, so as to constitute a vapor-liquid separator 1.
