PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a new guide information providing technology for effectively providing guide information valid for a user at the time of providing predetermined guide information to a terminal connected through a network.;SOLUTION: When a preparatory school introduces its own school teaches, it carries the list of teachers, and displays a selection picture having a button to instruct the display of static information and a button to instruct the display of dynamic information at the terminal corresponding to each teacher. When a user requests the display of the static information of a certain teacher in response to the display of the selection picture, the static information configured of text information such as the profile of the teacher is acquired and displayed at the terminal.
