PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain effective information distribution so that any of a telecommunication provider, information distribution clients and users of personal digital assistants can obtain profit.;SOLUTION: A communication provider server 3 performs data communication with portable telephone sets 2 through a communication network 1 and is connected to the Internet 4. A client server 5 requests the distribution of an e-mail to the portable telephone sets 2 to the server 3. The server 3 is provided with a user information database 32 in which the the user's attribute information of the telephone sets 2 is recorded, a benefit information registration part 33 in which benefit information is registered in relation to the identification information of the portable telephone sets 2 whose prescribed attribute information is registered, a distribution destination identification information extraction part 36 for extracting the identification information of the portable telephone sets 2 whose prescribed attribute information is registered, and an e-mail distribution part 35 for distributing the e-mail to the portable telephone sets 2 having the extracted identification information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
