CAD DEVICE AND CAD/CAE SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CAD device and CAD/CAE system whose high quality design is made possible without depending on the skill of a designer.;SOLUTION: This CAD device is provided with an input part 1 for inputting the shape data of respective parts of an object to be designed, a shape data storage part 5 for storing the inputted shape data of the respective parts, a shape preparing part 7 for preparing the shape of the object to be designed based on the stored shape data of the respective parts, a display part 4 for displaying the shape of the object to be designated prepared by the shape preparing part, an engineering library 6 for storing primitive equations necessary for calculating recommended data associated with the shape data to be additionally inputted to the object to be designed and a recommended data calculating part 8 for calculating the recommended data associated with the shape data to be additionally inputted to the object to be designed based on the shape data stored in the shape data storing part and the primitive equations stored in the engineering library.
