PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business model which aids various persons or parties in a wide range including the outside to gather participants by using the Internet at the time of holding a conference in order to resolve something or decide a new thing.;SOLUTION: Persons (a proposer of a subject, persons desiring to participate in a conference as general participants, a person desiring to be a steering committee, a person desiring to provide a place, etc.) who will participate in the business model on the Internet in various forms have communication devices and have an Internet server which they access. First the proposer of the subject inputs conditions of a desired conference. Next, other persons and parties access the Internet server and make applications for participation or condition change in response to proposition of the subject interesting them.
