PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order terminal which provides a customer with additional value other than eating and drinking, so that the ability to attract customers is remarkably enhanced, and a profit related to eating and drinking and further other profit can be increased.;SOLUTION: A request for downloading predetermined data for a portable electronic terminal 300 is received by the order terminal 2, a request for transmitting the data is transmitted to a data server 201 through a network, and the data is acquired from the data server 201. Then, the acquired data is transmitted by a data communication means from the order terminal 2 to the portable electronic terminal 300.
