PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal call processing monitor arranged to recover failure of an RT exchange quickly.;SOLUTION: The abnormal call processing monitor 1 comprises line connecting sections 11 and 12 and arranged to connect one (the line connecting section 11) with a test line and the other (the line connecting section 12) with an information line. A common control section 15 arranged in the abnormal call processing monitor 1 reads out a test procedure from a flash memory FM storing the test procedure of call processing in an exchange, performs call processing test through the line connecting section 11 according to that test procedure and informs the test results through the line connecting section 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
