FILM FOR INHIBITING BEHAVIOR OF INSECT PEST AND METHOD FOR INHIBITING BEHAVIOR OF INSECT PEST

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film and a method for simply inhibiting various behaviors of insect pests by a reduced agrochemical-using system or an agrochemical-free system.;SOLUTION: The film for inhibiting the behaviors of insect pests blocks ≥ 90% of electromagnetic wave having shorter wavelengths than nearly 500 nm and transmits ≥70% of light having wavelengths from nearly 500 nm to nearly 650 nm. The method for inhibiting behaviors of insect pests comprises keeping electromagnetic wave having wavelengths from nearly 200 nm to nearly 500 nm in a power of ≤0.05 W/m² as a whole and keeping light having wavelengths from nearly 500 nm to nearly 650 nm in ≥1.0 lux as a whole at night in a plant culturing area.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
