PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information transmission system for supporting the transmission of medical information by simplifying the transmission of the medical information, and to provide the medical information transmission system for eliminating or reducing the alternation of an already existing medical information system at the time of installing a display device for bulletining the medical information, and to provide a medical information bulletin subsystem which can easily be introduced into the medical information transmission system. PSOLUTION: This medical information transmitting system 100 is provided with: an LAN 3; a host computer 1 connected to the LAN; and a plurality of terminals TA or the like. The medical information bulletin sub-system 10 operated by the system 100 is provided with: an information selecting means 20 for monitoring medical information flowing through an LAN 3, and for selecting the medical information with contents matched with a prescribed selection standard; a display device 40; and a carriage control means 30 for making the display device 40 carry the medical information to be carried based on the selected medical information selected by the information selecting means 20.
