PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business plan institution system for achieving the efficiency of the preparing operation of a plan document in instituting a business plan, and for achieving the efficiency of the preparing operation of a subsidy document associated with the plan contents, and for achieving the efficiency of a series of processes appearing in the institution operation.;SOLUTION: The preparation of a systematization plan 4 is supported by a systematization plan associating means 1 using a computerization system plan 2 associated with self-governing body local computerization and a systematization plan data base 3, so that the systematization plan 4 can be easily prepared. Also, a financial resource measure document 10 being the combination of optimal subsidy documents 7 corresponding to the newly prepared systematization plan 4 and local characteristics of the self-governing body can be easily prepared by a combination analyzing/evaluating means 8 using the systematization plan 4, the subsidy document 7, and a local characteristic data base 9. Thus, it is possible to obtain the efficiency of a series of operation processes of a planning operation necessary for the business decision of the self-governing body and a subsidy application operation associated with the plan contents.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
