PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow selection and design of a golf club which satisfies sensory demand of a golfer to be easily carried out. PSOLUTION: This golf club selection aid is equipped with a memory to store primary moment, moment of inertia, and basic data relating to equivalent simple pendulum length, i.e. a value of a ratio of the moment of inertial against the primary moment, an inputting device 3 to input data the moment of inertia and the equivalent simple pendulum length, a central processor 2 to compare data inputted by the inputting device 3 and the basic data stored in the memory 4 to output the comparison result, and a display 5 to display the outputted result of the central processor 2.
