PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail delivery method, a mail server, an electronic mail delivery system, an electronic mail delivery program, a storage information acquisition method, and a discrimination information acquisition method for delivering no spam mail to users.;SOLUTION: The electronic mail delivery method includes: an electronic mail processing discrimination step of discriminating the received electronic mail provided to each mail address managed by a mail server and for discriminating to be applied to received electronic mail on the basis of discrimination information to which information for discriminating whether the received electronic mail addressed to the mail address is to be delivered or returned is set; an electronic mail processing step of delivering the electronic mail when the electronic mail processing discrimination step discriminates the delivery of the electronic mail, returning the electronic mail to the sender when the electronic mail processing discrimination step discriminates return of the electronic mail to the sender, and holding and storing the electronic mail in other cases; and a stored information notification step of informing each mail address of the electronic mail about storage information with respect to the electronic mail in the case of holding and storing the electronic mail.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
