PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desulfurization catalyst sheet material from which catalyst honeycomb structure for flue-gas desulfurization having excellent desulfurization catalyst performance and satisfactory gas permeability can be manufactured and to provide the catalyst honeycomb structure for flue-gas desulfurization using the same and a simpler production method of the desulfurization catalyst sheet material.;SOLUTION: The desulfurization catalyst sheet is produced by bonding a desulfurization catalyst material consisting of active carbon and fluorocarbon resin at least a part of which is fiberized to an acid-resistant fiber sheet reinforcing material of ≥ 80° contact angle to water in a state where the desulfurization catalyst material enters inside the fibers of the fiber sheet reinforcing material.
