PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an individual account item, in which a part or the whole of a received or paid adjusted amount is defined as an account amount, to be confirmed appropriately and quickly.;SOLUTION: From an individual account item information storage means for storing information on the individual account item, the information on all the individual account items coinciding with set initial retrieval conditions are retrieved and display-outputted, and those which correspond to the adjusted amount are specified. When it is impossible to specify all the individual account items corresponding to the adjusted amount from the initial searching result, the searching is executed again. Re-searching conditions are set by displaying the searching conditions at the time of the search immediately before and updating them. Also, results of re-searching are display-outputted together with the information on the individual account items which have already been specified as those which correspond to the adjusted amount up to the search erecuted immediately before.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
