PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the lifestyle of pensioners and the like to maintain a comfortable life level at a certain level or more since, in general, people who have left companies, government offices and organizations because of retirement at the age limit have a reduced income so that the life level lowers against their will, but some people desire to live in a comfortable environment or practice their job or business freely using a highly-advanced communication information network.;SOLUTION: The method comprises a pension calculating processor to make advantageous use of finance. A person lives in another country where the price is low, uses an income source such as pension as a fundamental fund, and saves and deposits money in a third country where the interest rate and dividend are high. The location of residence and job is shifted to another country in place where the price is low. A service agency company performs the care in the residence country and the utilization of the money saved and deposited in the third country.
