PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for classifying testicular cells to highly sensitively and simply perform researches for the testicular cells, and to provide a method for taking testicular cell fractions.;SOLUTION: The method for classifying the testicular cells comprises (a) a process for isolating the testicular cells, (b) a process for subjecting the testicular cells to a cell sorter analysis to measure the DNA contents of the testicular cells, and (c) a process for classifying the testicular cells into a sub-n fraction, a monoploid cell fraction, a diploid cell fraction and a tetraploid cell fraction on the basis of the measured DNA contents.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
