PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to mount a draft protecting device with minimum labor and to provide a scale selecting its access method.;SOLUTION: This draft protecting device 2 has wind blocking bodies 20, 21 composed of at least two panel elements 20A, 20B, 20C, 21A, 21B, and the wind blocking bodies partially surround a measuring chamber of the scale 1 provided with a measuring plate 15 inside. The wind blocking bodies 20, 21 are manually freely mounted in at least two different directions. In each direction, at least one opening part can be used to access the measuring chamber. The user can mount the wind blocking bodies 20, 21 in such manner that the accessing to the measuring chamber from the different direction by the opening part in the different direction is permitted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
