PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather resistant polyurea resin composition used preferably for a coating material which does not contain an organic solvent, has high curing reaction rate without a catalyst, heating or drying, can be cured at room temperature, and can be adjusted to control the flexibility (hardness or elongation) of a cured material.;SOLUTION: The polyurea resin composition is comprised at least of a polyisocyanate compound (A), an amine compound (B) represented by formula (1), and an aliphatic plasticizer (C) (wherein, R₁ and R₂ are same or different and each independently a 1-10C alkyl group; and R₃-R₆ are same or different and each independently H or a 1-5C alkyl group). The aliphatic plasticizer contains at least a full ester of an aliphatic dibasic acid or an aliphatic polyester having a hydroxyl group and a molecular weight of 8,000 or below.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
