PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polyurea resin composition which is excellent in conductivity, moldability, and stability and can yield a highly weather-proof hardened product from a group of non-solvent raw materials at ordinary temperatures without a special hardening accelerating process. PSOLUTION: There is provided the conductive polyurea resin composition which at least contains a polyisocyanate (A), an amine compound (B) represented by formula (1) ( wherein RSB1/SBand RSB2/SB, which may be identical or different, are each a 1-10C alkyl group; and RSB3/SB-RSB6/SB, which may be identical or different, are each a hydrogen atom or a 1-5C alkyl group), and a conductive filler (C).
