PURPOSE: To cope with low vehicle height restriction by opening the floor part of a turning frame to form a pit for the leg part of an operator, and providing foot placing parts at a lower floor part. ;CONSTITUTION: A floor part 47b in a turning frame 47 turned around the turning center 48 on an upper turning body 20 is opened to form a pit for the leg part 3a of an operator 3, and foot placing places 56a, 56b are provided at a lower stage floor part 50 surrounded by a cylindrical body 47a protruding downward of the pit from the floor part 47b and having the bottom concentric with the turning center 48. The lower stage floor part 50 is formed to be one stage lower than a cab inner floor part 49 to provide the foot placing places 56a, 56b. The action range of the foot and leg part 3a of the operator 3 can be thereby provided with allowance. In addition, the operator 3 can work with lateral working levers 52a, 52b while visually observing the excavating point of the bucket of a working machine in the normal working sitting position so as to facilitate combined work of also moving a working vehicle by depressing travel pedals 55a, 55b with the leg parts 3a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
