PREFABRICATED PILE, PILE FOUNDATION STRUCTURE, AND PILE FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide large supporting forces (in vertical, extraction, and horizontal directions) by protecting a foldable reinforced structure and effectively propagating a shearing force in a foot protection part while a prefabricated pile is being buried.;SOLUTION: This prefabricated pile 18 is formed by installing the foldable reinforced structure 10 formed of a reinforcement basket on the radially reduced shaft part 4 of a pile base body 1 (a). In the pile base body 1, the radially reduced shaft part 4 is formed under the large diameter upper end part 2 thereof with an annular projection 8 through a shape dimension adjustment part 3. The folded reinforced structure 10 can be protected by the annular projection 7 when the prefabricated pile 18 is lowered in the shaft part 21 of a pile hole 20 filled with cement solidifying agent (a). The reinforced structure 10 is expanded in the foot protection part 22 of the pile hole 20, and the prefabricated pile 18 is buried in the state that the shape dimension adjusting part 3 and the annular projection 8 are disposed in the foot protection part 22 to form the pile foundation structure 28 (b). A clearance approximately equal to the shaft diameter of the prefabricated pile 18 is provided between the bottom 23 of the foot protection part 22 and the lower end 5 of the prefabricated pile 18.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
